กรุงเทพฯ, 7 ตุลาคม 2569 —ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ จัดกิจกรรมประชาสัมพันธ์บริการทางการแพทย์ด้านโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือด ภายใต้แนวคิด “CRA HEART TRACK” Move Your Body ♥ Move Your Heart ทุกการเคลื่อนไหว คือพลังของหัวใจ เนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ 17 ปี โรงพยาบาลจุฬาภรณ์ และเนื่องในโอกาสวันหัวใจโลก ประจำปี 2569 มุ่งสร้างความตระหนักรู้ให้ประชาชนเห็นความสำคัญของการดูแลสุขภาพหัวใจผ่านการเคลื่อนไหวร่างกายที่เหมาะสม ควบคู่กับการเรียนรู้และเข้าถึงองค์ความรู้ด้านโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือด โดยมี รศ.นพ.สุรศักดิ์ ลีลาอุดมลิปิ รักษาการผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลจุฬาภรณ์ เป็นประธานเปิดงาน พร้อมด้วยทีมแพทย์ พยาบาล และบุคลากรสหสาขาวิชาชีพ ณ Convention Hall ชั้น 6 อาคารกรมพระศรีสวางควัฒน โรงพยาบาลจุฬาภรณ์ ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ เขตหลักสี่ กรุงเทพมหานคร

รศ.นพ.สุรศักดิ์ ลีลาอุดมลิปิ รักษาการผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลจุฬาภรณ์ กล่าวว่า “การดูแลหัวใจไม่ได้เริ่มต้นจากการออกกำลังกายอย่างหนักหน่วงเสมอไป แต่อาจเริ่มจากการขยับร่างกายในแบบที่เหมาะกับแต่ละคน รับฟังสัญญาณจากร่างกาย และไม่มองข้ามสัญญาณเตือนของโรคหัวใจ ภายใต้ธีมวันหัวใจโลก ‘Don’t Miss a Beat’ ในปีนี้ กิจกรรม CRA HEART TRACK จึงเป็นการนำการเคลื่อนไหวมาผสานเข้ากับองค์ความรู้ด้านการแพทย์ เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้เรียนรู้และตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการดูแลสุขภาพหัวใจอย่างต่อเนื่อง กิจกรรมครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของโรงพยาบาลจุฬาภรณ์ ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ ในการส่งเสริมสุขภาพและพัฒนาบริการทางการแพทย์ด้านโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือด เพื่อให้ประชาชนเข้าถึงองค์ความรู้ การป้องกัน การตรวจประเมิน การรักษา และการฟื้นฟูสุขภาพหัวใจอย่างเหมาะสม สอดคล้องกับพระปณิธานของ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. สมเด็จเจ้าฟ้า ฯ กรมพระศรีสวางควัฒน วรขัตติยราชนารี องค์ประธานและนายกสภาราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ ในการสร้างเสริมสุขภาวะที่ดีและยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนอย่างยั่งยืน”

ภายในงานได้นำแนวคิดการเคลื่อนไหวที่ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจมาจากกีฬา HYROX นำมาบูรณาการเข้ากับองค์ความรู้ทางการแพทย์ด้านโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือด ผ่าน 10 ฐานกิจกรรม เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมงานได้สัมผัสการเคลื่อนไหวหลากหลายรูปแบบ พร้อมเรียนรู้วิธีดูแลหัวใจอย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย โดยทุกฐานกิจกรรมมีแพทย์หัวใจและบุคลากรสหสาขาวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลจุฬาภรณ์ รวมทั้งอาจารย์และนักศึกษาจากโรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์การเคลื่อนไหวและสุขภาพ คณะเทคโนโลยีวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์คอยให้ข้อมูลและคำแนะนำอย่างใกล้ชิด ซึ่งไฮไลต์ของ 10 ฐานกิจกรรม ประกอบด้วย:

  1. RUN YOUR PACE — มูฟเมนต์การวิ่งเพื่อฝึกความทนทานของระบบหัวใจและปอด พร้อมเรียนรู้จังหวะที่เหมาะสมกับขีดจำกัดของตนเอง ควบคู่ไปกับคำแนะนำจากสาขาเวชศาสตร์โรคหัวใจการกีฬา (Sports Cardiology) ที่ช่วยออกแบบระดับความหนักให้อย่างปลอดภัย
  2. SKIERG YOUR RHYTHM — ชาเลนจ์การดึงรอก SkiErg จำลองการเล่นสกีเพื่อเสริมสร้างกล้ามเนื้อร่างกายส่วนบน ผสานโชว์เคสเทคโนโลยีตรวจหัวใจแบบไม่รุกล้ำ (Non-Invasive Testing) เช่น การตรวจคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจและอัลตราซาวด์หัวใจที่ช่วยคัดกรองโรคได้อย่างปลอดภัย
  3. SLED PUSH YOUR POWER — เป็นการทำเพอร์ฟอร์มานซ์ผลักเลื่อนน้ำหนัก (Sled Push) เพื่อเสริมสร้างพละกำลังและความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อขา สะโพก และแกนกลางลำตัว ซึ่งเชื่อมโยงโดยตรงกับนวัตกรรม TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement) การเปลี่ยนลิ้นหัวใจเอออร์ติกผ่านสายสวนโดยไม่ต้องผ่าตัดเปิดหน้าอก ช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยลิ้นหัวใจตีบรุนแรงฟื้นตัวได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
  4. SLED PULL YOUR SOUL — มูฟเมนต์การดึงสเลดเพื่อฝึกกำลังแขนและหลังอย่างต่อเนื่อง ได้นำมาประกบคู่กับการเรียนรู้โปรแกรมฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพหัวใจ (Cardiac Rehabilitation) ซึ่งเป็นกระบวนการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือดอย่างครบวงจร
  5. BURPEE BROAD JUMP YOUR BEAT — ชาเลนจ์การออกกำลังกายแบบบอดี้เวทที่ใช้กล้ามเนื้อและข้อต่อเกือบทุกส่วนของร่างกายทั้งการย่อตัว (Squat) การแพลงก์ (Plank) การวิดพื้น (Push-up) และการกระโดด (Jump) ไว้ในท่าเดียวกันเพื่อพัฒนาความคล่องตัวและความทนทานของหัวใจขั้นสูง พร้อมทำความรู้จักและรู้ทันภาวะหัวใจห้องบนสั่นพริ้ว (Atrial Fibrillation หรือ AF)
  6. ROWING YOUR FLOW — การพายเรือแบบ Low-Impact ที่ใช้กลุ่มกล้ามเนื้อหลักทั่วร่างกายบริหารระบบไหลเวียนโลหิต สอดรับกับการดูแลรักษาด้านอายุรกรรมหัวใจและการใช้ยาควบคุมโรคอย่างถูกต้อง
  7. FARMER’S CARRY YOUR STRENGTH — มูฟเมนต์แบกน้ำหนักเดินเสริมแรงบีบมือและการทรงตัว พร้อมเจาะลึกวิทยาการสาขา Cardio-Oncology (วิทยาโรคหัวใจในผู้ป่วยมะเร็ง) ที่คอยเฝ้าระวังและติดตามสุขภาพหัวใจระหว่างการรักษา
  8. SANDBAG LUNGES YOUR BASE — การก้าวขาพร้อมแบกกระสอบทรายเสริมกำลังขา ควบคู่กับการเรียนรู้กุมารเวชศาสตร์โรคหัวใจในการดูแลความผิดปกติของหัวใจในเด็ก
  9. WALL BALLS YOUR TARGET — ท่าออกกำลังกายแบบ Functional Training และอุปกรณ์ลูกบอลน้ำหนักที่ใช้ในการฝึกซ้อม โดยเป็นการผสมผสานท่า Squat (ลุกนั่ง) และการผลักลูกบอลขึ้นไปชนกำแพง (Throw) เพื่อบริหารกล้ามเนื้อทุกส่วนพร้อมกัน ผสานองค์ความรู้การตรวจด้วยคลื่นแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้า MRI หัวใจ
  10. HEART TRACK THE FINALE —เรียนรู้ศาสตร์โภชนาการเพื่อสุขภาพหัวใจ (Heart-Healthy Nutrition) ในการควบคุมน้ำหนัก ความดัน และไขมันในเลือด เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือดอย่างยั่งยืน

Chulabhorn Hospital, Chulabhorn Royal Academy, Promotes Heart Health through Movement at the CRA “HEART TRACK” Campaign: “Move Your Body, Move Your Heart”

Bangkok, October 7, 2026 — Chulabhorn Royal Academy, organized a special campaign highlighting cardiovascular medical services under the concept “CRA HEART TRACK” – Move Your Body ♥ Move Your Heart: Every Movement is the Power of the Heart, in celebration of the 17th Anniversary of Chulabhorn Hospital and World Heart Day 2026. The event aims to raise public awareness on the importance of heart health care through appropriate physical movement, coupled with medical knowledge regarding cardiovascular diseases. Presided over by Assoc. Prof. Surasak Leelaudomlipi M.D., Acting Director of Chulabhorn Hospital, the event welcomed multidisciplinary medical teams, nurses, and personnel at the Convention Hall, 6th Floor, Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana Building, Chulabhorn Royal Academy, Laksi, Bangkok.

Assoc. Prof. Surasak Leelaudomlipi M.D., Acting Director of Chulabhorn Hospital, stated, “Caring for your heart does not always begin with intense workouts; it can start simply by moving your body in a way that suits your individual lifestyle, listening to your body’s signals, and never ignoring the warning signs of heart disease. Under this year’s global theme, ‘Don’t Miss a Beat,’ the CRA HEART TRACK campaign integrates physical movement with medical expertise so that the public can continuously learn and recognize the importance of cardiovascular health care. This event reflects Chulabhorn Hospital and Chulabhorn Royal Academy’s steadfast commitment to promoting wellness and advancing cardiovascular medical services, ensuring public access to knowledge, disease prevention, health screening, treatment, and cardiac rehabilitation. This aligns with the royal vision of Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana, President of Chulabhorn Royal Academy, in fostering holistic well-being and sustainably elevating the quality of life for the public.”

The event integrated movement concepts inspired by HYROX sports with cardiovascular medical insights across 10 interactive stations, allowing participants to experience diverse movements while learning safe and proper heart care practices. Throughout all stations, cardiologists, multidisciplinary personnel from Chulabhorn Hospital, as well as faculty members and students from the School of Human Kinetics and Health, Faculty of Health Science Technology, Chulabhorn Royal Academy, provided close guidance and recommendations. The highlights of the 10 stations include:

  1. RUN YOUR PACE — A running movement designed to build cardiopulmonary endurance while learning the ideal pace suited to individual limits, coupled with expert guidance from the Sports Cardiology division on safely determining optimal workout intensity.
  2. SKIERG YOUR RHYTHM — A SkiErg pulling challenge simulating cross-country skiing to strengthen the upper body, paired with showcases on Non-Invasive Testing technologies (such as EKGs and echocardiograms) for safe disease screening.
  3. SLED PUSH YOUR POWER — A high-intensity Sled Push performance to build strength in the legs, hips, and core, directly connected to TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement)—an innovative catheter-based procedure for treating severe aortic stenosis without open-chest surgery, enabling rapid recovery.
  4. SLED PULL YOUR SOUL — A sled-pulling movement focusing on arm and back endurance, paired with insights into Cardiac Rehabilitation, a comprehensive, systematic care program for cardiovascular patients.
  5. BURPEE BROAD JUMP YOUR BEAT — A dynamic bodyweight challenge combining squats, planks, push-ups, and jumps into a single movement to boost agility and advanced cardiovascular endurance, while raising awareness of Atrial Fibrillation (AF).
  6. ROWING YOUR FLOW — A low-impact rowing exercise engaging major muscle groups to support circulation, complemented by Cardiology Medicine insights on deep diagnostics, medication management, and personalized lifestyle adjustments.
  7. FARMER’S CARRY YOUR STRENGTH — A weighted carry movement enhancing grip strength, core stability, and balance, accompanied by an exploration of Cardio-Oncology, a specialized field dedicated to monitoring and protecting heart health during cancer treatments.
  8. SANDBAG LUNGES YOUR BASE — A sandbag lunge challenge building leg and hip strength as well as unilateral balance, tied with insights into Pediatric Cardiology covering congenital heart diseases and pediatric cardiac care.
  9. WALL BALLS YOUR TARGET — A functional training movement utilizing wall balls through squats and throws to build total-body strength and coordination, paired with advanced Cardiac MRI imaging technology for detailed structural and functional heart evaluation without ionizing radiation.
  10. HEART TRACK THE FINALE — Focused on Heart-Healthy Nutrition, guiding participants on managing weight, blood pressure, blood lipids, and energy balance to sustainably reduce cardiovascular risks.

Following the stations, the Talk Session: “A Healthy Heart Begins with Movement” featured Dr. Nithiwat Tangchompoo, a specialist in Cardiovascular Medicine and Sports Cardiologist at Chulabhorn Hospital, who shared insights on the relationship between exercise and heart health, proper exercise intensity guidelines, and critical warning signs requiring medical attention. Additionally, the event featured KardiaMobile ECG screenings, a shoelace-tying workshop, and health product booths. Because everyone’s heart beats to a different rhythm, caring for your heart starts with small steps tailored to you, gradually making movement a part of your daily routine.
