20 มิถุนายน 2564 ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ นำโดย พลอากาศตรี นายแพทย์สันติ ศรีเสริมโภค รองเลขาธิการราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ และคณะ ร่วมรอรับวัคซีนตัวเลือกซิโนฟาร์มล็อตแรก จำนวน 1 ล้านโดส ณ คลังสินค้า ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ ซึ่งวัคซีนถูกขนส่งโดยเที่ยวบินขนส่งสินค้า TG8669 เที่ยวที่ 1 จำนวน 5 แสนโดส ออกจากเมืองปักกิ่ง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน เวลา 5.30 น. (เวลาท้องถิ่น) เดินทางถึงประเทศไทย เวลา 9.03 น. และเที่ยวที่ 2 ขนส่งโดยเที่ยวบินขนส่งสินค้า TG675 จำนวน 5 แสนโดส ออกจากเมืองปักกิ่ง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน เวลา 6.30 น. (เวลาท้องถิ่น) เดินทางถึงประเทศไทย เวลา 10.04 น. รวมจำนวนวัคซีนซิโนฟาร์มล็อตแรกที่ส่งถึงประเทศไทยเรียบร้อยแล้วจำนวน 1 ล้านโดส จากนั้นลำเลียงตู้ควบคุมอุณหภูมิบรรจุวัคซีนขึ้นรถขนส่งไปจัดเก็บยังคลังวัคซีน บริษัท ไบโอจีนีเทค จำกัด เพื่อเข้าสู่กระบวนการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของวัคซีนโดยกรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ ก่อนจะกระจายจัดส่งสู่โรงพยาบาลต่างๆที่รับฉีดให้องค์กรที่ได้รับจัดสรรวัคซีนตัวเลือกซิโนฟาร์มในวันที่ 23-24 มิถุนายน 2564 และสามารถเริ่มให้บริการฉีดได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 25 มิถุนายน 2564 นี้
