๑๒ กุมภาพันธ์ ๒๕๖๙ โรงงานผลิตเภสัชภัณฑ์ในพระดำริ ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ เข้ารับมอบโล่รางวัลประกาศเกียรติคุณ “ค่าของแผ่นดิน” ประจำปี ๒๕๖๗ ประเภทหน่วยงานด้านการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาสาธารณสุข ซึ่งมีผลงานโดดเด่นเป็นที่ประจักษ์มีคุณค่าแก่การยกย่องชูเกียรติ โดยมีนายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นประธานในพิธีมอบรางวัล , ดร.ภก.วัชระ กาญจนกวินกุล ผู้อำนวยการโรงงานผลิตเภสัชภัณฑ์ในพระดำริ เข้าร่วมเป็นผู้แทนราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ในการเข้ารับมอบโล่รางวัล ณ ตึกสันติไมตรี ทำเนียบรัฐบาล เขตดุสิต กรุงเทพมหานคร ทั้งนี้ รางวัลประกาศเกียรติคุณ “ค่าของแผ่นดิน” เป็นรางวัลที่รัฐบาลโดยคณะกรรมการเอกลักษณ์ของชาติ สำนักงานปลัดสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี ได้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเชิดชูเกียรติให้แก่บุคคล หน่วยงานหรือโครงการที่ทำคุณประโยชน์ให้แก่ประเทศชาติในด้านต่าง ๆ ทั้งทางด้านสังคม วิทยาศาสตร์ สุขภาพและการศึกษา โดยคัดสรรจากบุคคล หน่วยงานและโครงการ ที่ได้ทำคุณประโยชน์แก่ประชาชน สังคม และประเทศชาติ ซึ่งมีผลงานโดดเด่นเป็นที่ประจักษ์ ด้วยความมุ่งมั่น เสียสละ รวมทั้งเป็นต้นแบบแห่งการสร้างสรรค์ความดี อันพึงเป็นคุณลักษณะที่ดีแก่สังคมไทยสืบไป นอกจากนี้ ภายในงานโรงงานผลิตเภสัชภัณฑ์ในพระดำริ ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ ยังได้ร่วมจัดนิทรรศการแสดงผลงานนวัตกรรมด้านการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาสาธารณสุข โดยนำเสนอกระบวนการและเครื่องมือในการผลิตยารักษาโรคมะเร็งซึ่งทำงานภายใต้ระบบปิดเพื่อควบคุมสภาพแวดล้อมและป้องกันการปนเปื้อน รวมทั้งจัดแสดงผลงานยารักษามะเร็งมุ่งเป้า (Targeted Therapy) ชนิดเม็ดที่ยับยั้งการทำงานของเอนไซม์ไทโรซีนไคเนส เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์กลุ่มแรกที่โรงงานดำเนินการผลิต โดยยาอิมครานิบ๑๐๐ (IMCRANIB 100) ซึ่งมีข้อมูลด้านคุณภาพ ประสิทธิภาพ และความปลอดภัยครบถ้วน ได้รับทะเบียนยาจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เมื่อวันที่ ๒๐ พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘ นับเป็นการยกระดับความสามารถด้านเภสัชอุตสาหการและเทคโนโลยีเภสัชกรรมและบุคลากรทางด้านการแพทย์ของประเทศไทยให้พร้อมรองรับการผลิตและการวิจัยยารักษาโรคมะเร็งตำรับอื่นที่จะเกิดขึ้นต่อไปในอนาคต พร้อมสร้างความมั่นคงทางยาให้กับประเทศในระยะยาว เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนคนไทยอย่างยั่งยืน
สำหรับ โรงงานผลิตเภสัชภัณฑ์ในพระดำริ ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ จัดตั้งขึ้นจากพระปณิธานและพระวิสัยทัศน์อันกว้างไกลของ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. สมเด็จพระเจ้าน้องนางเธอ เจ้าฟ้าจุฬาภรณวลัยลักษณ์ อัครราชกุมารี กรมพระศรีสวางควัฒน วรขัตติยราชนารี องค์ประธานและนายกสภาราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ ทรงมุ่งพระทัยพัฒนางานด้านวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์และการสาธารณสุขของประเทศไทยและต่อยอดงานวิจัยสู่อุตสาหกรรมยา ด้วยทรงตระหนักถึงความยากลำบากของประชาชนที่ไม่สามารถเข้าถึงเภสัชภัณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพสูงสำหรับรักษาโรคมะเร็ง จึงทรงมีพระดำริให้ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ดำเนินโครงการจัดตั้งโรงงานผลิตเภสัชภัณฑ์ในพระดําริ ตั้งอยู่ ณ พระตําหนักพิมานมาศ อําเภอสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรี ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๓ มีพันธกิจในการผลิตเภสัชภัณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพสูงเพื่อสนับสนุนการรักษาผู้ป่วยมะเร็ง ช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งได้เข้าถึงการรักษาประสิทธิภาพสูงได้อย่างทั่วถึงและเท่าเทียม

Bangkok, February 12, 2026 – The Chulabhorn Royal Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility of Chulabhorn Royal Academy has been honored with the “Value of the Land” (Ka Khong Phaen Din) Award for the Year 2024 in the category of Outstanding Organization in Public Health Promotion and Development, recognizing its significant and visible contributions to the nation.
The award ceremony was held at the Santi Maitri Building, Government House. Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister, presided over the ceremony. Dr. Watchara Kanjanakawinkul, Director of The Chulabhorn Royal Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility, represented Chulabhorn Royal Academy in receiving the prestigious plaque.
The “Value of the Land” award is organized by the National Identity Committee, under the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Prime Minister’s Office. It aims to honor individuals, organizations, or projects that have made extraordinary contributions to the country in various fields, including society, science, health, and education. Recipients are selected for their dedication, sacrifice, and for serving as exemplary role models in creating goodness for Thai society.
During the event, the Chulabhorn Royal Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility hosted an exhibition showcasing its medical innovations. Highlights included: IMCRANIB 100: The facility’s first line of Targeted Therapy (Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor) tablets. This medication, which has undergone rigorous testing for quality, efficacy, and safety, officially received registration from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Ministry of Public Health on May 20, 2025.
This achievement marks a significant leap in Thailand’s pharmaceutical industry and medical personnel capabilities. It prepares the nation for the future production and research of various anti-cancer treatments, ensuring long-term drug security and sustainably improving the quality of life for Thai citizens.
Chulabhorn Royal Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility was established through the profound vision and Royal Aspiration of Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana President of Chulabhorn Royal Academy and Chancellor of Chulabhorn Royal Academy Council, Deeply concerned by the difficulties Thai citizens face in accessing high-efficiency cancer medications, Her Royal Highness directed Chulabhorn Royal Academy to establish this facility in 2020. Located at Sattahip District, Chonburi Province, the plant’s mission is to produce high-potency pharmaceuticals, ensuring that cancer patients have equitable and thorough access to advanced treatments.
