จากพระกรุณาธิคุณอันหาที่สุดมิได้ของ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. สมเด็จพระเจ้าน้องนางเธอ เจ้าฟ้าจุฬาภรณวลัยลักษณ์ อัครราชกุมารี กรมพระศรีสวางควัฒน วรขัตติยราชนารี องค์ประธานและนายกสภาราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ ได้พระราชทานยารักษาโรคมะเร็งมุ่งเป้าชนิดเม็ด “อิมครานิบ 100 (Imcranib 100)” จำนวน 690,000 เม็ด เนื่องในโอกาสวันคล้ายวันประสูติ 4 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2569 ภายใต้ “โครงการยารักษาโรคมะเร็งเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 69 พรรษา” ให้แก่สำนักงานหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ (สปสช.) โดยในวันที่ 2 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2569 โรงงานผลิตเภสัชภัณฑ์ในพระดําริ ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ ได้ดำเนินการผลิตและส่งมอบยารุ่นแรกของ สปสช. เข้าสู่ ศูนย์กระจายยาขององค์การเภสัชกรรม (อภ.) ซึ่งทำหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์กระจายยาหลักของ สปสช. เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว โดยคลังสินค้าและการจัดส่งทั้งหมดดำเนินการภายใต้มาตรฐาน GDP (Good Distribution Practice) หรือมาตรฐานหลักเกณฑ์วิธีการที่ดีในการกระจายยาอย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อคงคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยของตัวยาไว้สูงสุดจนถึงมือผู้ป่วย โดยในลำดับต่อไป องค์การเภสัชกรรม (อภ.) จะรับช่วงต่อในการเป็นผู้ดำเนินการกระจายยา “อิมครานิบ 100” ไปยังหน่วยบริการสุขภาพและโรงพยาบาลต่าง ๆ ทั่วประเทศตามแผนการกระจายยาของ สปสช. เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยในระบบหลักประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าสามารถเข้าถึงยารักษาโรคที่ทันสมัยได้อย่างทั่วถึงและเท่าเทียม
สำหรับยารักษาโรคมะเร็งมุ่งเป้าชนิดเม็ด “อิมครานิบ 100” ถือเป็นยามะเร็งมุ่งเป้าตำรับแรกที่ผลิตขึ้นในประเทศไทย โดยโรงงานผลิตเภสัชภัณฑ์ในพระดําริ ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ ซึ่งเป็นโรงงานผลิตยารักษาโรคมะเร็งแห่งแรกของประเทศไทยที่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานวิธีการที่ดีในการผลิตยาและการกระจายยาตามมาตรฐานสากล (PIC/s GMDP) ยานี้ได้รับการขึ้นทะเบียนตำรับยาจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) เมื่อวันที่ 20 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2568 และได้รับการบรรจุไว้ในบัญชีนวัตกรรมไทย เมื่อวันที่ 30 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2569 ด้วยพระปรีชาสามารถและพระวิสัยทัศน์อันกว้างไกลขององค์ประธานราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ ที่ทรงประจักษ์แจ้งว่า “สุขภาวะของประชาชน” คือรากฐานสำคัญในการพัฒนาประเทศ จึงทรงก่อตั้งโรงงานผลิตเภสัชภัณฑ์ในพระดําริฯ ขึ้น ณ พระตำหนักพิมานมาศ เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2563 เพื่อสนับสนุนงานวิจัยและต่อยอดสู่การผลิตระดับอุตสาหกรรม ทำให้ประเทศไทยมียารักษาโรคมะเร็งเพียงพอต่อความต้องการ ช่วยลดภาระค่าใช้จ่ายในการนำเข้ายาจากต่างประเทศ และสร้างความมั่นคงทางยาให้กับประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน
“อิมครานิบ 100” เป็นยารักษาแบบมุ่งเป้าที่ออกฤทธิ์ยับยั้งการทำงานของเอนไซม์ Tyrosine kinase ซึ่งสามารถยับยั้งการเติบโตและการกระจายของเซลล์มะเร็ง ทำให้ควบคุมโรคได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ มีอาการข้างเคียงต่ำเมื่อเทียบกับการทำเคมีบำบัดแบบดั้งเดิม โดยสามารถใช้รักษาโรคมะเร็งได้หลายประเภท อาทิ: โรคมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาวเรื้อรังชนิดซีเอ็มแอล (CML) มะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาวเฉียบพลันชนิดฟิลาเดลเฟียบวก (Ph+ ALL) มะเร็งเนื้อเยื่อในระบบทางเดินอาหาร (GIST) และมะเร็งผิวหนังชนิดหายาก (DFSP) การส่งมอบยารุ่นแรกในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนระบบสาธารณสุขไทยตามพระปณิธานอันแน่วแน่ ในการขจัดอุปสรรคทางด้านเศรษฐกิจ ยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิต และหยิบยื่นโอกาสในการเข้าถึงการรักษาที่ทันสมัยแก่พสกนิกรชาวไทยอย่างเท่าเทียม

Chulabhorn Royal Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility Delivers First Batch of Royally Bestowed Cancer Drug “IMCRANIB 100” to NHSO’s Distribution Center, Accelerating Nationwide Access for Patients
BANGKOK – Driven by the boundless royal benevolence of Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana, President of the Chulabhorn Royal Academy (CRA), a royal donation of 690,000 tablets of “IMCRANIB 100,” a targeted cancer medication, has been granted to the National Health Security Office (NHSO). This initiative is part of the “Royal Cancer Medication Project in Honor of the 69th Birth Anniversary of HRH Princess Srisavangavadhana” on July 4, 2026.
On June 2, 2026, the Chulabhorn Royal Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility under the Chulabhorn Royal Academy successfully produced and delivered the first batch of the medication for the NHSO to the Government Pharmaceutical Organization (GPO) Distribution Center, which serves as the primary distribution hub for the NHSO. All warehousing and logistics operations are strictly compliant with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards to ensure the highest quality and safety of the medication until it reaches the patients. Moving forward, the GPO will handle the next phase of distribution, delivering “IMCRANIB 100” to healthcare facilities and hospitals nationwide in accordance with the NHSO’s distribution plan. This ensures that patients under the Universal Health Coverage (UHC) scheme can access modern, state-of-the-art medical treatment equitably and comprehensively.
“IMCRANIB 100” is the first targeted cancer medication formulation manufactured entirely in Thailand by the Chulabhorn Royal Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility, Chulabhorn Royal Academy. It holds the distinction of being Thailand’s first cancer drug manufacturing facility to achieve international certification for PIC/S GMDP (Good Manufacturing and Distribution Practices). The drug was officially registered by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of Thailand on May 20, 2025, and was subsequently listed in the Thai Innovation Accounts on March 30, 2026. With the profound wisdom and far-reaching vision of the President of the Chulabhorn Royal Academy, who recognizes that “the health and well-being of the people” is the fundamental cornerstone of national development, the Chulabhorn Royal Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility was established at the Pimarnmas Pavilion in 2020. The facility aims to bridge the gap between research and industrial-scale production, ensuring that Thailand has an adequate supply of cancer medications, reducing financial reliance on foreign drug imports, and securing long-term national pharmaceutical security.
“IMCRANIB 100” is a targeted therapy designed to inhibit the activity of the Tyrosine kinase enzyme, thereby suppressing the growth and proliferation of cancer cells. This mechanism offers highly effective disease control with significantly lower side effects compared to conventional chemotherapy. The medication is indicated for the treatment of various types of cancer, including Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML), Philadelphia chromosome-positive Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (Ph+ ALL), Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GIST), and a rare type of skin cancer known as Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans (DFSP). The delivery of this first batch represents a monumental milestone in driving the Thai public health system forward, mirroring the steadfast royal determination to dismantle economic barriers, elevate quality of life, and grant the people of Thailand equal opportunity to access advanced medical treatments.
