๒๑ เมษายน ๒๕๖๙ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. สมเด็จพระเจ้าน้องนางเธอ เจ้าฟ้าจุฬาภรณวลัยลักษณ์ อัครราชกุมารี กรมพระศรีสวางควัฒน วรขัตติยราชนารี องค์ประธานและนายกสภาราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ เสด็จไปทรงเยี่ยมราษฎรและทอดพระเนตรการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยแพทย์อาสาสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนี ณ โรงเรียนทุ่งกว๋าววิทยาคม อำเภอเมืองปาน จังหวัดลำปาง โอกาสนี้ ทรงโปรดให้หน่วยแพทย์พระราชทานโรงพยาบาลจุฬาภรณ์ ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ ออกหน่วยแพทย์เคลื่อนที่ในพื้นที่จังหวัดลำปาง โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ นายแพทย์สุรศักดิ์ ลีลาอุดมลิปิ รักษาการผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลจุฬาภรณ์ , รองศาสตราจารย์ นายแพทย์ธีรภัทร อึ้งตระกูล รักษาการคณบดีคณะแพทยศาสตร์ศรีสวางควัฒน และผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ นายแพทย์วิสุทธิ์ ล้ำเลิศธน รักษาการรองคณบดีคณะแพทยศาสตร์ศรีสวางควัฒน พร้อมด้วยทีมแพทย์บุคลากรโรงพยาบาลจุฬาภรณ์ ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ คณาจารย์และนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ ๔ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศรีสวางควัฒน ราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ เข้าร่วมปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับหน่วยแพทย์ พอ.สว. จังหวัดลำปาง ,สาธารณสุขจังหวัดลำปาง, โรงพยาบาลเมืองปาน, โรงพยาบาลค่ายสุรศักดิ์มนตรี, โรงพยาบาลเวชชารักษ์ ลำปาง, ศูนย์อนามัยกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ชายขอบและแรงงานข้ามชาติ, สัตวแพทย์อาสาจุฬาภรณ์, สำนักงานปศุสัตว์จังหวัดลำปาง และจิตอาสาพระราชทาน เพื่อให้บริการตรวจสุขภาพทั่วไป บริการทันตกรรม ตรวจสุขภาพจิต บริการแพทย์แผนไทย แพทย์แผนจีน การฝังเข็ม กายภาพบำบัด รวมถึงให้ความรู้ในการดูแลสุขภาพเบื้องต้น จากปัญหาฝุ่นละอองขนาดเล็ก PM2.5 ซึ่งอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่มีผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพ โดยมีผู้เข้ารับบริการจำนวน ๓๑๖ ราย
การนี้ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. สมเด็จเจ้าฟ้า ฯ กรมพระศรีสวางควัฒน วรขัตติยราชนารี ทรงเยี่ยมผู้ป่วยนำเฝ้าจำนวน ๖ ราย ซึ่งป่วยด้วยโรคโลหิตจางธาลัสซีเมียชนิดรุนแรง โรคมะเร็งเยื่อบุช่องท้องระยะที่ ๓ โรคหยุดหายใจขณะหลับ ทางเดินหายใจตีบและโรคหัวใจ โรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำเนิด ปากแหว่งเพดานโหว่ และโรคกระดูกสันหลังคด ในการนี้ มีพระปฎิสันถารเพื่อซักประวัติถึงอาการของโรคกับผู้ป่วย และทรงมีพระวินิจฉัยร่วมกับแพทย์ที่ดูแลผู้ป่วย เพื่อหาแนวทางการรักษาในเบื้องต้นอย่างเหมาะสม โดยทรงรับผู้ป่วยทั้ง ๖ ราย ไว้เป็นคนไข้ในพระอนุเคราะห์ และส่งต่อไปรับการตรวจรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลจุฬาภรณ์ โรงพยาบาลประจำจังหวัดลำปาง และโรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่ พร้อมทั้งพระราชทานเงินให้กับผู้ป่วยเพื่อช่วยเหลือเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางไปรับการตรวจรักษาและใช้จ่ายในชีวิตประจำวัน จากนั้นพระราชทานเข็มเครื่องหมายกรรมการ และอนุกรรมการ เครื่องหมาย พอ.สว. เข็มพระนามาภิไธย สว.และโล่ แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ และอาสาสมัคร พอ.สว. จังหวัดลำปาง พระราชทานพระวโรกาสให้ สมาชิก พอ.สว.จังหวัดลำปาง เฝ้า และทรงนำขับร้องเพลง ใจดวงหนึ่ง ซึ่งเป็นบทเพลงพระนิพนธ์ฯ พร้อมมีพระดำรัสชื่นชมการทำงานของหน่วยแพทย์ฯ เพื่อเป็นขวัญกำลังใจ ให้การปฏิบัติงาน และเกิดประโยชน์ต่อประชาชน โดยทั่วกัน
Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana Visited Lampang to Oversee PMV Volunteers and Chulabhorn Hospital Medical Units
On April 21, 2026, Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana, President of Chulabhorn Royal Academy, Chancellor of Chulabhorn Royal Academy Council, and Acting Secretary-General of Chulabhorn Royal Academy, traveled to Thung Kwao Witthayakhom School in Mueang Pan District, Lampang Province. The visit aimed to inspect the operations of the Princess Mother’s Medical Volunteer (PMMV) Foundation and to provide royal support to the local populace.
Her Royal Highness graciously directed the Royal Medical Unit of Chulabhorn Hospital, Chulabhorn Royal Academy, to deploy mobile services in the area. Key officials and personnel joined the mission, including: Associate Professor Surasak Leelaudomlipi, M.D. Acting Director of Chulabhorn Hospital , Associate Professor Theerapat Ungtrakul, M.D. Acting Dean of the Princess Srisavangavadhana Faculty of Medicine , Assistant Professor Wisut Lamlertthon, M.D. Acting Vice Dean of the Princess Srisavangavadhana Faculty of Medicine and Medical staff, faculty members, and fourth-year medical students. This mission worked in integration with various local agencies, including the Lampang Provincial Public Health Office, Mueang Pan Hospital, Fort Surasakmontri Hospital, Vetcharak Lampang Hospital, the Center for Health Services for Ethnic Groups and Migrants, Chulabhorn Volunteer Veterinarians, and the Lampang Provincial Livestock Office. Healthcare Services Provided A total of 316 citizens received medical attention, which included: General health check-ups and dental services , Mental health screenings , Traditional Thai and Chinese medicine (including acupuncture) and physical therapy. Health education: Guidance on primary care regarding PM2.5 dust particles, which currently reach levels that impact public health in the region.
Royal Patronage for Specialized Cases During the visit, Her Royal Highness personally visited six patients suffering from severe conditions, including: Severe Thalassemia , Stage 3 Peritoneal Cancer , Sleep Apnea with airway obstruction and heart disease , Congenital Heart Disease , Cleft Lip and Palate , Scoliosis (Curvature of the spine) Her Royal Highness engaged in personal dialogue with the patients to record their medical histories and consulted with attending physicians to determine appropriate initial treatments. All six patients were graciously accepted into her Royal Patronage. They are to be referred for specialized treatment at Chulabhorn Hospital, the Lampang Provincial Hospital, and Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital. Additionally, Her Royal Highness granted personal funds to these patients to assist with travel expenses for medical appointments and daily living costs.
